Sponsorship Opportunities

Happy Hour Sponsor ($1500)

Upon receipt of funds, the sponsor’s name/logo will display at the Saturday evening dinner at Margaritaville and invitation. Sponsor name/logo will also be displayed on the court throughout the tournament.

Hydration Station Sponsor ($1000 or In-Kind)

Upon receipt of funds or items, complimentary drinks will be made available to participants during the tournament at Walden Racquet Club with signage at the drink table. Sponsor name/logo will be displayed on the table. *Note- can be split into two*

Tournament Towel Sponsor ($1000)

Upon receipt of funds, participants will be given a commemorative sports towel with tournament and sponsor’s logo.

Refuel Station Sponsor ($500 or In-Kind)

Upon receipt of funds/ items, complimentary snacks will be made available to participants during the tournament at Walden Racquet Club with signage at the refuel table. Sponsor name/logo will be displayed on the table.

Photo Booth Sponsor ($500)

Upon receipt of funds, signage will be displayed at the photo booth during dinner.

Court Sponsors ($200)

10 Available Upon receipt of funds, Sponsor name/logo will be displayed on the court throughout the tournament.

Check-In / Draw Table Sponsorship ($200)

Upon receipt of funds, signage will be added to the tournament draw table to recognize the sponsor.

In-Kind contributions to the silent auction are always welcomed!

Upon receipt of items, recognition will be added to the silent auction table.

Donations for 501C-3, tax deductible.

All sponsors and contributors will receive Website and Social Media branding recognition. A portion of the sponsorship funds will directly support a scholarship through HTA in honor of Chuck & Roberta LeMaster, founders of the tournament.
