If you won a prize, you will be bumped up to the next level when you play your next LeMaster tournament, whether it's 2023 or another year. This rule has nothing to do with your USTA rating, it's a LeMaster rule so that the same players don't win year after year. However, if your USTA rating is bumped up in December 2022, you will also be bumped up in the 2023 LeMaster tournament.
